Even if you are just getting onboard and yet to make success, be confident in yourself and you will attract people of like minds. Share people’s testimonies and make your prospects know that this is where you are getting to in few a years, if they join you, you will all get there.
Confidence comes from a place of knowledge. Develop yourself daily. The more knowledgeable you are, the more confident you will become.

2. YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE IS A JOKE:
In this recent world where everything has gone online, your social media handle is like your CV. When you introduce yourself to your prospects as a business person, they check you out on social media: Facebook, Instagram etc. You don’t expect them to join you when you don’t look like what you sell.

4. YOU LACK ZEAL:
In our business, you need to show that energy, that positivity, that zeal, that’s what attracts most people to join you. Some people join because of the energy. When you have zeal, you will grow a team of vibrant members. Nobody wants to join someone who is dull.
Always be zealous and filled with positive energy as regards your business.

5. YOU ARE EXAGGERATING THINGS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS OR TELLING OUTRIGHT LIES:
We are in a world where information can be gotten with a snap of the finger. Tell the truth and let them decide, stop exaggerating or lying because your prospects will check the internet immediately to confirm your claims.
If they find out you lied, they most likely won’t join you. Even those that join without knowing you lied will leave or become dormant when they find out the truth.

The fortune is in follow up. Write down your prospects names and deliberately follow up on them. Some people say no, but don’t really mean no, they might not be in a good position then. This business opportunity hits people at different times in their life. Follow up till they join you but dont bug people.

7. YOU ARE TALKING TO THE WRONG SET OF PEOPLE:
Everybody is not a prospect. Identify people who have vision like you. People who are hungry for success, serious minded people. Don’t focus on family members and close friends especially when you are starting out, they will drain you. Some will discourage you. Most usually join later after seeing your success.
